"First off I don't usually write reviews. In this case I felt obligated due to the top notch service I continue to get with this company. There are many choices for HVAC in Central Kentucky. In my experience you just can't get any better. These guys show up! Before CSI, I was left days without A/C and got the "We will get there when we can," speech. Prompt service is a must when you have both residential and commercial properties.
Before dealing with this company I was accustomed to cringing when hearing the estimates. CSI has a fix it first mentality. These guys will not sell you a new unit if you don't need one. They are very trustworthy. I have found in this industry that is hard to find.
They have replaced several units for me and their work is excellent. They never leave trash around after the job and take great pride in their work. The Bryant units are amazing. Our old Train struggled to cool our upstairs. The new Bryant unit is much more efficient and keeps the problem area comfortable.
They are also very good with our commercial customers. When a unit goes out in a rental you know it immediately. These guys handle the problem and deal with the managers in a timely manner. Again first class customer service and work.

"I cannot express how great of a job this company has done. I have lived in an apartment since July attempting to fix heating and cooling issues. Up until this point the apartment used a company that would complete band-aid fixes or replace whole parts without a proper fix taking place. Today these guys came through and worked a 4 hour shift going past normal work hours to get me up and running on all three problems (AC, heat, and Emergency heat). To me this goes to show how much dedication and attention to detail this company provides for their clients. I fully intend to recommend them for anyone within the area and plan to use them myself when I purchase a home.
